HVAC Install Parts Runner

Join the Heritage Home Service Team as an HVAC Install Parts Runner at our Auburn, NH location Are you reliable, organized, and motivated by keeping a team running smoothly? Are you possibly interested in an entry role in the HVAC trade? At Heritage Home Service, we’re looking for an HVAC Parts Runner to play a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting our busy field technicians. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that parts and equipment get to the right place at the right time—keeping jobs on schedule and customers happy. This is not a traditional warehouse job. While some inventory handling is involved, your day will be centered around coordinating with our warehouse team, picking up and delivering parts locally, and supporting our HVAC techs in the field. What You'll Do Deliver HVAC parts and equipment to technicians at job sites across the service areaPick up urgent parts from local suppliers and vendors as neededCoordinate closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to prioritize and schedule runsHelp check in and stage equipment for upcoming jobsAssist with light warehouse tasks as needed (inventory, organizing stock)Keep detailed records of deliveries and pickupsMaintain cleanliness and readiness of the delivery vehicle What You'll Bring Valid driver’s license and a clean driving recordMust be age 21 or overFamiliarity of HVAC equipment and parts preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to lift and move equipment or boxes (up to 50 lbs)A proactive mindset and the ability to stay on task with minimal supervisionValid drivers license and clean driving record What We Offer Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance and Long-Term Disability48 hours of holiday time per year120 hours of personal, sick, and vacation leave available after 90 daysReferral Bonus Programs If you’re looking to join a team that values your contributions and gives you room to grow, apply today and help keep our field operations running strong!
