About the role

Redmond's Complete Comfort is a family-owned and operated full-service HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving Central Pennsylvania. As the first and only Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer in Clinton County, we focus on educating customers and delivering expert, personalized guidance for HVAC needs. Our team provides trusted advice, high-quality installation, and maintenance while fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential retrofit/changeout installations, including some light commercial work
• Install furnaces, AC units, boilers, heat pumps, geothermal systems, ductless systems, and RTUs
• Install and retrofit ductwork and accessories to company standards
• Answer customer questions and ensure a high-quality experience

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC experience or equivalent combination of education and hands-on training
• EPA Universal Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• NATE certification highly preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. overhead with assistance
• Comfortable working on ladders and in attics or crawl spaces
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• HVAC technical school certificate or equivalent training preferred
• Previous lead or team leadership experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Pay

$18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

4/10 shift: Monday to Thursday with overtime available on Fridays
