Pay

$25.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience. Hourly pay + spiffs and bonuses. Potential annual earnings: $95,000 - $100,000.

Schedule

Monday through Friday. No weekends. Overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Residential retrofit / changeouts installation of AC's, heat pumps, furnaces, duct modification, and indoor air quality accessories
• Startup of new equipment
• Working with refrigerant
• Provide communication with homeowners about new equipment and answer any questions
• Maintaining clean job sites

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Residential retrofit / changeout experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
