As the HVAC Install Manager, you'll oversee all residential and/or commercial HVAC installation operations, manage and develop a team of skilled installers, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety and efficiency standards, and help drive customer satisfaction at every stage of the project. Pay

$80,000/yr base salary + monthly bonus potential. Additional $12,000 annual compensation for maintaining the required H3-1 HVAC license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and perform quality and safety inspections on new installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation and start-up issues
• Provide consistent and accurate feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, and coaching to Installation Technicians
• Partner with service, dispatch, warehouse, and other necessary departments to ensure timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Follow up and resolve escalated customer disputes/complaints, ensuring an effective and long-term resolution and provide daily feedback to HVAC Operations Manager
• Plan, forecast, and coordinate installations
• Communicate clear goals and expectations to Installation Technicians
• Help instill a fun and nurturing culture with Integrity Home Solution Core Values
• Ensure that safety topics are incorporated into one-to-one coaching conversations, weekly meetings, and training sessions
• Monitor and act on trends involving Installation Technician callbacks and service opportunities

Requirements

• Current H3-1 HVAC license in North Carolina or South Carolina (required)
• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair service, including air conditioning & heating systems
• Ability to train others
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Acceptable criminal background check
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
