About the role

We’re looking for a hard-working individual with a good attitude and a desire to build a real career in HVAC installation. We’ll teach you how to install heating and air equipment like a pro—you bring the drive, good vibes, and maybe some dad jokes (optional but encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment (training provided)
• Train, learn, grow, and keep leveling up
• Stay curious and coachable (attitude is everything)
• Occasionally travel overnight for training or industry events (on us)
• Represent the company professionally in front of customers

Requirements

• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Outgoing, respectful, and eager to learn
• Mechanical or HVAC experience is a plus but not required
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with problem-solving
• Strong communication skills (human-style, not robotic)

Pay

$16 – $18/hour (depending on experience and performance). Total compensation: $31K–$50K+ with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives.
