About the role
Responsible for assisting experienced HVAC technicians in installation and maintenance tasks. Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of heating and cooling systems
- Maintain equipment and perform routine checks
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
