HVAC Facility Technician (Federal Building)

About the Role

Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support our contract located in Richmond, VA (Federal Building). Working days/hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems.
• Operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain Nate Certification within 6 months of employment.

Qualifications

• Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.

Pay

• Hourly Pay Rate: $32.96 per hour (HVAC Mechanic)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $35.02 per hour (HVAC Mechanic - Nate Certified)
• Health and Welfare Pay: $1,254.25 per month (per CBA)
