About the role
Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support our contract located in Richmond, VA (Federal Building). Working Days/Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm.
Responsibilities
The HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Universal EPA or CFC certification
- Technical training in HVAC is highly desired
- Must be willing to obtain/maintain Nate Certification within 6 months of employment

Pay
Hourly Pay Rate: $32.96 per hour. HVAC Mechanic (Nate Certified) hourly pay rate $35.02 per hour.
