About the role

This is an opportunity for students pursuing an Engineering degree to gain experience at an HVAC Manufacturers Representative Firm. The role offers exposure to Application Engineering and Technical Sales, preparing you for a career in these fields after graduation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in various departments, including Application Engineering, Sales Administration, Office, Warehouse, and Field Service as needed.
  • Record or update sales-related details in the CRM system.
  • Assist service teams in fabrication or fieldwork.
  • Participate in sales meetings or trade shows as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Degree.
  • Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) program in Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet functionality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and convey information clearly and positively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of HVAC systems and equipment is preferred.
