About the role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertake maintenance duties as required, ensuring all reports are accurately completed within specific time frames.
- Produce accurate documentation and keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections.
- Undertake minor quoted works from initial outset through installation to completion, including all required test certification.
- Ensure all employees are aware of their obligations under the Health & Safety policy.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC or equivalent qualification.
- ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A) as a minimum.
- Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services.
- Good team member with excellent communication skills at all workforce levels.
- Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation.
- First Aid certification.
- CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
- Air Handling Unit experience.
Desirable Qualifications
- ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications (CCN, CENWAT, CPA) as a minimum.
- City and Guilds 2079-1 F-Gas Category 1.
- City and Guilds 7671 18th Edition.
