HVAC Engineer

About the role

Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Undertake maintenance duties as required, ensuring all reports are accurately completed within specific time frames.
• Produce accurate documentation and keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections.
• Undertake minor quoted works from initial outset through installation to completion, including all required test certification.
• Ensure all employees are aware of their obligations under the Health & Safety policy.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC or equivalent qualification.
• ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A) as a minimum.
• Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services.
• Good team member with excellent communication skills at all workforce levels.
• Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation.
• First Aid certification.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• Air Handling Unit experience.

Desirable Qualifications

• ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications (CCN, CENWAT, CPA) as a minimum.
• City and Guilds 2079-1 F-Gas Category 1.
• City and Guilds 7671 18th Edition.
