Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Test systems and ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with other trades and project teams
Requirements
- Experience as an HVAC Technician or Electrician (either experience accepted)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems/electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications or licenses (electrician, HVAC)
- Experience in commercial or large-scale projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Optional overtime
- Rotating on-call schedule (extra pay)
- $25–$45/hour based on experience
