HVAC Dispatcher

This position is in-office, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Route and schedule field technicians to meet customer demands
• Ensure parts needed are ordered and stocked for various HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Field customer questions/calls to ensure expectations are met
• Update customer websites/portals on a daily basis
• Work with technicians and management utilizing teamwork to accomplish goals
• Ensure technicians' needs are met daily
• Provide top-level customer service to both external and internal customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Highly organized
• Able to thrive in high-pressure situations
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
