About the role

Responsible for scheduling and dispatching HVAC technicians, ensuring timely service calls and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule HVAC service calls based on customer requests and technician availability.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns.
• Monitor technician performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HVAC systems preferred but not required.
