About Our Client
Our client is a well-established contractor supporting commercial and industrial HVAC projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including high-profile and mission-critical facilities such as data centers. They maintain a strong pipeline of large-scale commercial and industrial work and are known for a safety-first culture backed by experienced leadership, offering skilled technicians steady work and room to grow.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, split systems, and VRF/VRV systems
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system diagnostics
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Install and connect ductwork, thermostats, controls, and refrigerant lines
- Test systems for proper functionality and efficiency
- Ensure all work complies with local Dallas and Texas codes and safety standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Experience with installation, service, or both
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (rooftops, confined spaces, outdoors)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Data center or mission-critical HVAC experience
- Experience with chillers, cooling towers, and building automation systems (BAS)
- NATE Certification or Texas HVAC License
- Experience working on large commercial or industrial systems
