We are currently seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Commercial/Industrial Service Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
As a Senior HVAC Commercial/Industrial Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Service & Repair: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy commercial HVAC systems, including:
- Chillers (air- and water-cooled)
- Cooling Towers
- Boilers (low- and high-pressure)
- Rooftop Units (RTUs), VAV systems, and other large HVAC systems
- Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Effectively diagnose and correct mechanical and control issues
- Customer Interaction: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to provide recommendations and status updates
- Safety & Quality: Adhere to safety standards and ensure work is performed to the highest quality
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior technicians
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, with extensive experience in chillers, boilers, and cooling towers
- Certifications: EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration required
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer service
- Self-Motivation: A positive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Working Conditions
The job involves:
- Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), kneeling, crawling, and using tools
- Moderate to loud noise levels in the work environment
- Vision requirements: Ability to focus on close, distance, and peripheral vision
Pay
The pay for this position is $30.00 – $50.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule
This is a full-time position with stable hours and a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
