About the role
As a Senior HVAC Commercial & Residential Service Technician, you would be responsible for:
- Going into clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, perform diagnosis, repair/replace heating and cooling systems, plumbing repairs, and complete assigned preventive maintenance.
- Proficient with all aspects of packaged rooftop units, gas furnaces, boilers, heat-pumps, and cooling systems, humidification, and commercial associated controls.
Responsibilities
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Capable of providing full scope of mechanical service work, including installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, residential plumbing, and basic knowledge of electrical systems.
- Service and retrofit/replacement of Commercial HVAC Equipment.
- EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred.
- Current valid driver's license, diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and own set of basic hand tools.
