About the role

Nero Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join their North Haven team. The position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment in various settings including residential homes, commercial buildings, and refrigeration systems.
• Present clear findings and options to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building trust through excellent service.
• Maintain and organize the service vehicle, promptly alerting management to any maintenance needs.
• Provide regular updates to the office after each service call and accept the next dispatch.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as an HVAC technician.
• Connecticut HVAC trade license.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Schedule
