Responsibilities

  • Calling on top decision-makers at commercial facilities
  • Show them how Doll Services can save them money on owning and operating costs while delivering top-tier service
  • Build lasting relationships through value-not price
  • Paint a picture for customers, uncovering their needs, and providing real solutions
  • Consistent cold call activity at the decision maker level
  • Opening new doors for business
  • Executive level presentations
  • Building financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer's perspective
  • Selling financial / ROI concept, not technical solutions

Requirements

  • B2B sales or consultative sales experience
  • Success in selling services or other intangible offerings
  • Cold calling experience, over the phone and in person
  • Financial understanding; selling ROI concepts
  • Self-disciplined; results driven and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistently high performance
  • Able to manage the entire sales cycle

Qualifications

  • Confidence to call on executives and facility leaders
  • Ability to sell value (not just the lowest price)
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills-you'll become a trusted consultant to our customers
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but no HVAC experience required-we'll coach you up!

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$70,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + uncapped commission. Potential annual earnings of $100,000 +

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, with occasional overtime
