Responsibilities
- Calling on top decision-makers at commercial facilities
- Show them how Doll Services can save them money on owning and operating costs while delivering top-tier service
- Build lasting relationships through value-not price
- Paint a picture for customers, uncovering their needs, and providing real solutions
- Consistent cold call activity at the decision maker level
- Opening new doors for business
- Executive level presentations
- Building financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer's perspective
- Selling financial / ROI concept, not technical solutions
Requirements
- B2B sales or consultative sales experience
- Success in selling services or other intangible offerings
- Cold calling experience, over the phone and in person
- Financial understanding; selling ROI concepts
- Self-disciplined; results driven and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistently high performance
- Able to manage the entire sales cycle
Qualifications
- Confidence to call on executives and facility leaders
- Ability to sell value (not just the lowest price)
- Curiosity and problem-solving skills-you'll become a trusted consultant to our customers
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but no HVAC experience required-we'll coach you up!

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$70,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + uncapped commission. Potential annual earnings of $100,000 +
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, with occasional overtime
