HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Pursuing Preventive Maintenance Agreement leads generated by New Business Development Representatives and assisting in nurturing new clients into long term customers
  • Surveying customer sites to determine the customers’ relevant HVAC maintenance needs
  • Assessing the labor and material resources required to support customer maintenance through use of maintenance estimating software
  • Generating Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for the maintenance of a wide range of HVAC equipment
  • Following up with prospective customers to ensure that they understand their maintenance agreement and the maintenance process and execute the Preventive Maintenance Agreement

Requirements

  • Basic level of HVAC knowledge preferred
  • Have an outgoing, upbeat personality
  • Direct sales experience is preferred
  • Generate and present high-quality proposals
  • Be highly motivated & driven
  • Have great communication skills
  • Be able to work within a professional, team-oriented environment
  • Have exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Be a self-starter, articulate, and dependable

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience
  • HVAC experience beneficial
