Responsibilities
- Pursuing Preventive Maintenance Agreement leads generated by New Business Development Representatives and assisting in nurturing new clients into long term customers
- Surveying customer sites to determine the customers’ relevant HVAC maintenance needs
- Assessing the labor and material resources required to support customer maintenance through use of maintenance estimating software
- Generating Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for the maintenance of a wide range of HVAC equipment
- Following up with prospective customers to ensure that they understand their maintenance agreement and the maintenance process and execute the Preventive Maintenance Agreement
Requirements
- Basic level of HVAC knowledge preferred
- Have an outgoing, upbeat personality
- Direct sales experience is preferred
- Generate and present high-quality proposals
- Be highly motivated & driven
- Have great communication skills
- Be able to work within a professional, team-oriented environment
- Have exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Be a self-starter, articulate, and dependable
Qualifications
- Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience
- HVAC experience beneficial
