About the role
This position is responsible to establish contact with potential customers by scheduling calls and following up on leads while closing sufficient sales and effectively utilizing internal resources to execute service work while growing the HVAC business in our North Central region.
Responsibilities
- Selling both Service small project work and Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) for our HVAC product line to customers in our North Central region.
- Demonstrating ability to anticipate customers’ needs and develop a sales strategy to meet their expectations while developing and maintaining a positive ongoing customer relationship.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of progressive field sales experience with preferably three years successfully selling HVAC offerings, Energy efficiencies, and building automation system services or projects.
- Results-oriented, excellent communication and customer service skills, proven leadership abilities, and strong planning and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
