HVAC Commercial Lead Installer EXPERIENCED
About the role
We are in search of a talented and motivated Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team! This role will oversee and lead the on-site installation of new commercial and industrial heating, ventilating and air‑conditioning systems, ductwork, and piping systems according to the plans and specifications of each project.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the on‑site installation of commercial and industrial HVAC, ductwork, and piping systems in accordance with project plans and specifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory and project‑management experience (preferred).
- NATE certification or ability to obtain it within one year of hire.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Pay
Target compensation starts at $75,000+, with additional pay based on experience, skills, and continued education.
Schedule
Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional nights and weekends as needed.
