About the role
This role will oversee and lead the on-site installation of new commercial and industrial heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, ductwork and piping systems according to the plans and specifications of each project.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the installation of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Supervise and manage projects from start to finish
- Ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to ensure project requirements are met
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- 3+ years of supervisory and project management experience preferred
- NATE Certified or obtain within 1 year of hire
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel as needed

Pay
Lead Commercial HVAC Installer Target Compensation $75k+, Top Pay for Top Talent. Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education. We are committed to providing the training and tools required to succeed!
Schedule
7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends.
