About the role

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Document work performed and communicate progress to supervisors.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience in HVAC/R or plumbing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Knowledge of HVAC/R and plumbing systems.
Basic understanding of electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
