What You’ll Be Doing

• Run in-home consultations to assess heating and cooling needs
• Present customized HVAC system solutions based on the home and customer goals
• Educate customers on equipment options, energy efficiency, and financing
• Build trust through a consultative, professional sales approach
• Prepare and present clear, accurate estimates
• Close sales by overcoming objections and guiding decisions
• Follow up consistently on open opportunities and unsold estimates
• Generate additional opportunities through referrals and outbound efforts
• Document all activity, estimates, and communication in ServiceTitan
• Work closely with install and service teams to ensure a seamless experience
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (HVAC or in-home sales preferred)
• Strong ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage multiple opportunities and follow up effectively
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Experience explaining financing options (plus)
• CRM Experience (ServiceTitan Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
