HVAC Comfort Advisor (Sales)

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Present customized service options, product features, and financing plans professionally.
• Build trust and strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining profit margins.
• Overcome objections and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
• Use company-provided tools (iPad, CRM, etc.) to document and manage sales activity.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, professional image and a positive attitude on every job.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Proven success in in-home or relationship-based sales.
• Experience in HVAC sales with a customer-first consultative approach.
• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and value-added benefits.
• Strong communication, integrity, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends to meet customer needs.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools (CRM/iPad usage).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Weekly Pay
Uncapped Commission – earn $100K to $200K+ annually
