Pay
High-earning potential ($200,000+) tied directly to your effort and follow-through. Base salary range: $70,000–$100,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Maintain customer relationships, seek referrals, and build your own pipeline
- Document sales in ServiceTitan to keep your day running smoothly
- Coordinate with install crews, support staff, and managers to ensure jobs run smoothly
- Attend regular sales and tech training meetings to sharpen your skills
- Pursue certifications if needed—we invest in those who invest in themselves
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years of residential HVAC experience (preferred)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently without micromanagement
- Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team
