HVAC Certified Property Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
• Respond promptly to HVAC-related maintenance requests from property managers or tenants.
• Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Install new HVAC equipment and components as needed.
• Aid in the installation and maintenance of other building systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and colleagues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing HVAC maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification required.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
