Work involves all facets of building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general building repair, painting and cleaning. Experience in hydraulics, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical work or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Salary Range: $50,195 to $72,520 with excellent benefits. All applicants will be required to take a written examination on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
