ABACUS Austin is currently seeking HVAC Professionals to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

Abacus HVAC Professionals earn $75,000 - $200,000 / year and receive benefits including Health, Vision and Dental plans, a new company truck, Gas card, paid tolls, and more.

Responsibilities

We are hiring Experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician/Warranty Technicians, HVAC Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Comfort Advisors, HVAC Residential Lead Installers, and HVAC Install Helpers.

• Experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician/Warranty Technicians: 1+ year of HVAC experience, Type I & II EPA Certification, TDLR License, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• HVAC Maintenance Technician: Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems, build client relationships, educate customers on maintenance requirements.
• HVAC Comfort Advisor: Conduct on-site evaluations, outline recommended heating and cooling options, establish strong customer relationships, create comprehensive proposals, manage incoming leads.
• HVAC Residential Lead Installer: Install/Replace HVAC equipment, maintain company vehicle, travel to job sites, design duct systems, engage in conversation with homeowners, generate customer invoices.
• HVAC Install Helpers: Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units, transfer tools and equipment, perform start-up of equipment, communicate with management and customers.

Qualifications

To be considered, you must have an EPA license, registration as a technician with TDLR, 2-5+ years of experience in service, install, maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.
