Location: Timber Ridge Apartments 3602 Rolling Green Drive Abilene, TX 79606
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks
Pay
Competitive pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour; $1,000 sign‑on bonus; up to $3,000 yearly in quarterly bonuses; on‑call bonus $100 per week on‑call.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC units
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Additional repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on‑call system
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC experience required
- EPA certification required
- 3+ years experience in the maintenance field a plus
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- CPO Certification preferred
- Boiler experience a plus
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
