Pay

Base pay: $21.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience. Total compensation potential: $25.00–$40.00+ per hour with commissions and performance incentives. Top performers regularly earn $70,000–$90,000+ annually.

About the role

As an HVAC Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you will travel to residential and commercial properties to perform professional air duct cleaning and HVAC system services using specialized equipment and established procedures. You will work directly with customers, maintain safety and quality standards, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Success in this role comes from mechanical aptitude, reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional HVAC air duct cleaning services using truck-mounted equipment
• Work in residential and commercial environments while following established service procedures
• Operate tools and specialized equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect work areas and maintain high workmanship standards
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the service process
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and documentation as needed

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Enjoy working independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Prior HVAC, construction, mechanical, maintenance, restoration, delivery, field service, or trade experience is helpful but not required (paid training provided)
