About The Role

We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team in Orlando. In this role, you will clean residential and commercial HVAC systems while delivering high-quality service, professionalism, and customer satisfaction on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform air duct cleaning and HVAC system cleaning for residential and commercial properties
• Operate specialized duct cleaning equipment and tools
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous air duct cleaning or HVAC cleaning experience REQUIRED
• Must speak English
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Able to work throughout the Orlando area
• Able to lift equipment and work in attics, tight spaces, and varying conditions

Schedule

Sunday – Friday
Work is scheduled based on booked jobs, with opportunity for consistent hours as volume grows.

Pay

$30.00 – $40.00 per hour
