Air Duct Cleaning Technician

About the Role

We're looking for an Air Duct Cleaning Technician with some hands-on experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC service, restoration, or a related field. If you're looking to grow your skills, work with a supportive team, and build a long-term career, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential air duct cleaning and HVAC system cleaning services.
• Clean and sanitize ductwork, vents, and HVAC components using specialized equipment.
• Install indoor air quality (IAQ) products, including filtration and air purification systems.
• Clearly explain completed work and recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Complete accurate service documentation and maintain company standards.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in a clean and professional manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while treating every customer's home with care and respect.

Requirements

• At least 6 months in air duct cleaning, HVAC, restoration, or another related mechanical service field preferred.
• Experience working in customers' homes is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethhip.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential environments.
• Driving requirements: be at least 21 years of age, have had a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
