HVAC - Adjunct Faculty

About the role

The Part-time HVAC Adjunct Faculty position at CCBC teaches Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) credit courses focusing on refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems. Classes are available for both day and evening schedules at the CCBC Catonsville and CCBC Dundalk campuses.

Responsibilities

• Teach H heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) credit courses
• Focus on refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems
• Teach classes during both day and evening schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least five years of full-time experience working as an HVAC technician
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience teaching or training in an adult setting
• Current industry certifications preferred

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Parking permit required from the Department of Public Safety
