- Willingness to be available and at times on-call to support 24/7 continuous operations.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Operations Supervisor, you will:

- Catalyze continuous improvement with a heavy focus on safety, productivity, and employee relations.
- Determine staffing and prioritization to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop operator & supervisor skills and encourage problem-solving and recognition of performance.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Operations Peers, and the Production Planning, Plant Engineering, and Manufacturing Teams to understand strategy and execute improvement efforts.
- Be available and at times on-call to support 24/7 continuous operations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- Five (5) years of manufacturing supervisory experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start), from an accredited institution.
- Seven (7) years of manufacturing supervisory experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience and certification with Lean Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Experience in operational excellence, lean implementation, and financial accounting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to develop people and build a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
Schedule
This position may require occasional travel up to 5% domestically.
Location
On-site in Hutchinson, MN.
