About the role
The successful candidate will lead the high school track and field hurdles program, focusing on developing athletes' skills and fostering a competitive spirit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for hurdles events
- Coach and mentor athletes in technique and strategy
- Manage team logistics including scheduling meets and practices
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance overall athletic performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
- Experience coaching hurdles or track and field at the high school level
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for athletics and a commitment to student development
Skills
- Knowledge of hurdle techniques and track and field rules
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay

Schedule
