About the role

The role involves conducting advanced analysis on human intelligence (HUMINT) to support national security objectives. This includes targeting, targeting assessment, and operational planning. The position requires a subject matter expertise in HUMINT and counterintelligence, along with a valid security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of HUMINT data to identify strategic targets and assess their relevance to national security.
• Develop and refine targeting strategies based on current intelligence and emerging threats.
• Collaborate with other intelligence analysts and operational teams to ensure coordinated and effective operations.
• Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership on intelligence findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in HUMINT and counterintelligence methodologies.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HUMINT analysis and counterintelligence.
• A valid Top Secret security clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with classified information.
• Knowledge of various HUMINT collection methods and their applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with intelligence analysis software.

Pay

• HUMINT Analyst: $180,350 per year
• HUMINT Targeting Specialist: $166,793 per year
• Counterintelligence Analysts: $150,615 per year
• Senior Subject Matter Expert Information Operations: $96,985 per year
• Senior Subject Matter Expert Breaching Operations: $97,867 per year
