HUMINT Analyst – Subject Matter Expert with Security Clearance

About the role

Our organization is seeking highly skilled analysts with a security clearance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in counterintelligence, human intelligence operations, open-source intelligence, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of intelligence data to identify patterns and trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and contractors
• Collaborate with other analysts to integrate intelligence operations and targeting strategies
• Provide expert advice on security clearance requirements and compliance
• Stay updated with the latest developments in intelligence gathering and analysis techniques

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis or related field
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with intelligence gathering methods and tools
• Knowledge of national security policies and procedures
• Understanding of international relations and geopolitical issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Pay

• Counterintelligence Analysts: $150,615 per year
• HUMINT Operations Integrator: $214,165 per year
• HUMINT Targeting Specialist: $166,793 per year
• OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst: $123,216 per year
• OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst: $188,689 per year
