Key duties involve assisting with Medicaid and FoodShare enrollmentSocial Security, ID, employment, and housing applicationsMental health coordination and recovery supportLife skills, coping strategies, and budgetingMedication management supportEducational planning (GED, college)Community Services support Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in a human services field, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Comfort working in community-based environments and proficiency with electronic health records are essential.
