ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist all UA visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and determine purpose and direction for forwarding and take messages as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and administer the on-site visitor procedures (safety, confidentiality, etc.).
- Provides administrative support to the HR team and other departments as required.
- Responds to internal inquiries in a timely manner and provides guidance on office policies and procedures.
- Maintains and updates various HR systems as directed.
- Provides daily support with tracking and recording attendance absences and communicating with appropriate parties.
- Affords assistance with coordination of company meetings and events which includes but is not limited to preparing correspondence, ordering meals, posting various organizational announcements, scheduling, and arranging travel.
- Affords support with onboarding processes for new employees.
- Leads planning and coordination of employee events and employee engagement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, completion of some college course work is preferred.
- Two years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
