About the role
This role supports The Pass, a meal manufacturing and distribution facility in Union City, CA. The Human Resources Support Specialist 2 leads all in-unit HR functions while supporting a diverse, unionized workforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll and compliance
- Partner with leadership to support a union workforce and ensure CBA and CA labor law compliance
Requirements
- Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Qualifications
- Union HR experience
- Spanish proficiency
