About the role
You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment/Classification) in the Human Capital Division of Fleet Readiness Center Southwest.
Responsibilities
- Work with management to design, develop, implement, and track both activity and HR strategic/business plans to recruit, develop, and retain the talent needed to accomplish the assigned mission.
- Review past recruitment practices and local labor market conditions to advise on future staffing strategies.
- Provide strategic recruitment advisory services (i.e., determining where, how, and means to find talent) to management officials.
- Apply a thorough understanding of classification principles and concepts to interpret and apply classification standards/guides to reach sound classification decisions.
- Analyze, develop, and administer organizational design and position management to enhance the efficiency and performance of organizations.
- Solve human resources problems that cross multiple program lines (e.g., recruitment, classification, compensation, staffing, etc.).
- Accomplish other duties as assigned.
Pay
Minimum Salary: $85,307
Maximum Salary: $132,923
