About the role
Mark Twain Behavioral Health (MTBH) is a private not-for-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Organization serving Northeast Missouri since 1975 with a wide variety of outpatient services. This is a full-time salaried position located in our Kirksville, Missouri office.
Responsibilities
- Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding
- Facilitate benefit enrollment and account opening
- Provide support to employees via individual and group communications
- Provide benefit changes for monthly payroll
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives as requested
- Participate in Health & Safety Initiatives as requested
- Assist with Health Plan and Supplemental Benefits Open Enrollments
- Complete Timesheet reviews for Recovery Technicians
- Provide employee training as indicated
- Perform compliance duties
- Participate in team meetings
- Provide support for coordination of marketing materials to the community as assigned by Director of Marketing and Community Development
- Assist with social media management as requested
- Represent agency publicly at community events as assigned
- Create department materials for events and communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or closely related field with at least two (2) years full-time professional experience
- OR minimum of four (4) years of experience in Human Resources
- Certification in Human Resources preferred
