We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Duties. Requirements? Minimum Qualifications etc. Benefits? There's a benefits section: "12-month civil service and SSP employees enjoy a range of competitive benefits:" then list. Pay? Salary ranges given. Schedule? Not present. So we include sections: Responsibilities (Examples of Duties), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications, Experience Requirement, Specialized Experience, Substitutions Allowed, Quality of Experience, Supplemental Information maybe?), Benefits, Pay. Also maybe "About the role" not present. We'll not include empty sections. We must preserve all substantive info. Need to include salary ranges for each level. Also mention that authorized level is V, applications down to II. Also mention placement details. Also mention salary includes shortage and school year differentials. Also mention payday info? That's under Payday section: "Payday New employees can expect their first paycheck within the first 3 pay periods of their start date. Payday is on the 5th and 20th (or previous business day) of every month." That's pay schedule info, could go under Pay or Schedule? It's about payday, so maybe under Pay. Also benefits list. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity, etc. Remove EEO etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. Also remove "Supplemental Information" maybe keep as part of Requirements? It contains salary, requirements, calculation of experience, temporary assignment, documents, info about temporary positions. That's substantive. We'll include under Requirements or maybe a separate "Additional Information". But we should follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to use. We have Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (minimum qualifications, experience, etc). Benefits. Pay (salary ranges, payday). Possibly Schedule not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Responsibilities

  • ... duties ...
We have two duty paragraphs: "Serves as team leader for a survey of human resources practices, ..." and "Serves as subject matter specialist doing in-depth research, analysis and evaluation of of human resources programs ..." plus bullet list of tasks within each? Actually the description includes sentences with semicolons. We'll keep as list items maybe each duty as separate
  • . Could combine. We'll extract duties: - Serves as team leader for a survey of human resources practices, including negotiating with top staff and management officials. This includes selection of sample; assignment of task to specific team members; coordinating their work, discussion, and preparation of Report of Survey; following through to see that management and staff officials have clear understanding of problem areas; and providing guidance and assistance in implementing recommendations accepted by management. - Serves as subject matter specialist doing in-depth research, analysis and evaluation of human resources programs in the area of specialty, recommending procedural, policy, or legislative changes to effect needed changes or improvements. Develops meaningful statistics in support of findings, prepares comprehensive reports, and sees that necessary support in revision and classification of new or amended policies and/or procedures is provided. We'll put each as
  • . Now Requirements: include education requirement, experience requirement, specialized experience, substitutions allowed, quality of experience, supplemental information (salary, requirements, calculation of experience, temporary assignment, documents, info about temporary positions). Might be long but we must preserve all substantive info. We'll break into
    • for each bullet. We need to include the text exactly? We can paraphrase but must preserve all info, not invent or summarize away detail. Summarizing may lose detail. Better to keep the original sentences but maybe split into list items. We'll produce list items for each distinct requirement. Let's draft: Education Requirement: Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a Bachelor's degree. Excess work experience ... may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. ... must demonstrate ability to write clear and comprehensive reports ... read and interpret complex written material; and solve complex problems logically and systematically. Experience Requirement: Except for the substitutions ... applicants must have had progressively responsible work experience of the kind, quality, and quantity described below: then table. We'll keep table as maybe
but we can keep as text. We could keep the table as is inside a ? But we should use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The table is not a list but we could convert each row to
        • . Might be okay. We'll produce: - Human Resources Specialist II: 1/2 year Specialized Experience, 0 Staff Supvry, 0 Admin, Total 1/2 year. - Human Resources Specialist III: 1-1/2 years Specialized Experience, 0 Staff Supvry, 0 Admin, Total 1-1/2 years. - Human Resources Specialist IV: 2-1/2 years Specialized Experience, 0 Staff Supvry, 0 Admin, Total 2-1/2 years. - Human Resources Specialist V: 3-1/2 years Specialized Experience, supervisory aptitude may be accepted in lieu of actual supervisory experience, 0 Staff Supvry, 0 Admin, Total 3-1/2 years. Excess Supervisory or Staff Specialist experience may be substituted for Specialized Experience on a year-for-year basis. Quality of Experience: Possession of the required number of years of experience will not in itself be accepted as proof of qualification for a position. The applicant's overall experience must have been of such scope and level of responsibility as to conclusively demonstrate that applicant has the ability to perform the duties of the position for which s/he is being considered. Supplemental Information: Salary: The advertised salary is based on full-time employment and includes shortage and school year differentials, if applicable. Requirements: Applicants must meet all the requirements for the position they are seeking as of the date of the application, unless otherwise indicated. Unless specifically indicated, the required education and experience may not be gained concurrently. Calculation of experience is based on full-time, 40-hour workweeks. Also, hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week will not be credited. Example: Twelve months of experience at 60 hours/week is equivalent to one year of experience, not one and a half years. Temporary Assignment: Claims of Temporary Assignment (TA) experience to meet the minimum qualification requirements must be verified and attached to the application using one of the options below: A copy of the applicant’s TA History Report or equivalent system-generated report; A signed letter from the applicant’s supervisor that includes the applicant’s name, his/her TA job title, the TA start and end dates (from mm/yy to mm/yy), his/her specific TA duties performed, and either the TA hours worked per week or total TA hours worked; or, Copies of the applicant’s signed SF-10 Forms. Once a temporary employee, you would be eligible to apply for promotion and transfer opportunities to permanent as well as other temporary positions.
