Human Resources Specialist - Greensboro, NC

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse and office roles including posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Onboard new employees including conducting new hire orientations, employee benefit plan enrollment sessions, and initial compliance training
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll
• Maintain and update the HRIS, employee database, and LMS
• Respond to and guide employees and managers through questions about policies and procedures

Requirements

• 2-3 years of progressive HR experience
• HR certification is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Upbeat and positive interpersonal demeanor
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate professionally and articulately with all levels within the organization
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to keep information confidential when needed
• Ability to work overtime as needed
