Human Resources Specialist

About the role

This is a full-time onsite Human Resources Specialist role at Viking Coca-Cola in Saint Cloud, MN, offering the chance to shape the workforce and drive positive change in a dynamic, family-run environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates via job postings, phone screenings, and orientations
• Manage onboarding, terminations, and transfers
• Coordinate compliance exams, medical exams, and testing
• Ensure employees are fitted for uniforms and maintain up-to-date documentation (Health Cards, Licenses, etc.)
• Support company event planning and respond to inquiries from prospective employees
• Handle administrative tasks including file management, scheduling, and benefit enrollments
• Address workers' compensation issues and maintain accurate reports
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee matters

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Paycom (not required)
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members at all levels
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

Pay

$22.00 – $23.00 per hour (negotiable)
