About the role

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. Performs a variety of specialized, complex activities in the coordination of HR for a large department with a strong emphasis on proactive problem resolution and departmental communications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in HR-related programs
  • Investigate, document, and resolve HR problems
  • Serve as primary contact for routine HR-related inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources

Qualifications

Preferred certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CHHR, or equivalent HR certification.
