About the role
The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Conducting job analyses and developing job descriptions
- Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
- Administering employee benefits programs
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handling employee relations issues and conducting performance reviews
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR best practices and policies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
