About the role
Responsible for managing HR processes, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee benefits administration
- Resolve workplace conflicts and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
