About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support Human Resources initiatives and provide support to our teams across the United States—primarily in Etters, PA. This role will support the High Speed Cables business unit and assist with organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support for the High Speed Cables business unit in areas such as data-entry, compliance matters, reporting, immigration, and document management
  • Prepare written employee notices, hire sheets, and Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) related to new hires, supervisor and role changes, and terminations
  • Support the preparation, tracking, and management of immigration cases under manager and attorney supervision
  • Generate HR reports and assist with other compliance-related initiatives as needed
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, onboarding, and employee first-day initiatives
  • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives within the facility
  • Be the problem-solver and remain comfortable with new tasks as they arise, while keeping a focus on the customer
  • Assist with streamlining HR processes
  • Assist with additional Human Resources projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to handle confidential information, manage competing priorities, and show a strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization skills
  • Intermediate proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in interactions with employees and managers

Mon-Fri, full-time, in-office/hybrid
